Sauvignon

BESCHREIBUNG:

Lemon-yellow in color, the green notes of Sauvignon (grassy, elderberry,…) are emphasized. Dry in the mouth, with mature acidity. The character in the mouth is much more pronounced and it soon swells and remains all over the mouth. It stays drinkable for a long time. An excellent Sauvignon, which can be drunk as an aperitif wine or a great accompaniment to food.
Due to the emphasized aroma, the combinations with dishes are more demanding. 100% success is guaranteed if you offer it to dishes prepared with asparagus or wild garlic.
