Rose made of Pinot Noir The vine grows on clayey – marly soils, south-eastern position, the average age of vines is 14 years. The selected grapes are hand-picked in mid-September and processed according to the white wine processing process without maceration.  Fermentation and maturation take place in a stainless steel vessel. The wine is bright ruby red in color, fresh, delicate with a scent of red fruits, especially strawberries. An ideal companion for the Summer and lighter summer dishes. Because of its freshness and pleasant, lively acidity, it is proven to fit excellent with cured meat products, grilled meat and vegetable dishes, pasta, risottos, and also fish.
