White sparkling wine made by the classic method from the Chardonnay sort. Matured on yeast for at least two years, without added liqueur when degassing – zero dosage. Beautiful golden yellow color. Ripe bouquet, with a shade of ripe apples, apricots. With a longer finish. Great aperitif.
