The average age of the vines is 25 years, the soil is clayey – marl, southeastern position. Immediate processing, without maceration, then fermentation and maturation in a stainless steel container. The wine is bright golden yellow in color, fairly full in the mouth, fresh with pleasant acidity. The after-taste of the wine is very fruity and slightly spicy. Pasta with mushrooms, grilled fish, pork fillet, or dishes prepared with buckwheat are the ones that get along great with our Pinot Gris.
